I don’t know why and how, but somehow these photos have been laying around, completely forgotten, since April. I had the pleasure to attend a wedding photography workshop held by the very well know and very talented Cape Town based photographer, Sybrand Cillié.

I learned quit a lot, and we had a fun shoot with Marlé & Tertius as our models at a very strange place somewhere in Cape Town – I can’t remember the name now. It looked like a real hippie community, but there where beautiful old buildings and trees that we could use as backdrops. Sybrand showed us his off camera technique that is so prominent in his photos, and that he uses to create the those awesome big, dramatic skies photos of his that I love.

Anyway, just wanted to share a few of the photos that I managed to get during our shoot.
